Overview
I repurposed a sub-$100 3018 CNC kit into a machine that handwrites my homework in my own handwriting. I built a browser-based HTML5 canvas tool to capture and digitize my handwriting as coordinate data, then wrote a Node.js G-code generator from scratch to turn that data into pencil strokes.

- Wrote a custom Node.js G-code generator from scratch - parsing character-by-character stroke data and handling coordinate scaling and line-wrapping - to convert text into pencil strokes
- Built a browser-based HTML5 canvas tool to capture and digitize my own handwriting as coordinate data, exported directly from the browser console into the generator's data file
